Our entres were pretty slow in coming out of the kitchen. My medium rare filet was slightly undercooked, and the quality of the beef reminded me of choice, not prime. Another person in our party ordered a filet medium, and it was woefully undercooked. The server immediately took it back to the grill, and the manager stopped by and was very apologetic, and ordered a complimentary round of cocktails for the table.
