Best Romantic Restaurants in Herndon

Food is delicious comfort food like meatballs, cacio e pepe arancini, spicy risotto with Italian sausage, and delicious pizzas. We have never had a dish we didn’t love. The service is always impeccable, friendly and efficient. When we told our server that one of our party had a shellfish allergy, a manager came out and told us which items might be unsafe because they were cooked in the same oil as the calamari. This was such an important thing to do and we’ve never had that happen anywhere else. I highly recommend North Italia!

I would go back again. Everything was wonderful, the pesto sauce was a little runny and didn’t have much flavor, but maybe that was because they were overbooked on Valentine’s Day. I’m going to go again to see if it’s different on a regular dinner night. I definitely like the staff. 

I’ve never had a bad experience at Cooper’s Hawk, my husband and I absolutely love it there. The servers are always so knowledgeable about which wines to pair with each dish and we’ve never been disappointed. We always get the Over the Border Eggrolls and it seems like they might’ve changed the recipe on that. They’re still good but a lot cheesier. We celebrated my husband’s birthday last night and they treated us to complimentary chocolate truffles that were delicious! Overall, a great experience with great food and service!

This was our second vsiit and we had another great dining experience, the service and food was great! We ordered the focaccia, burrata, baked shrimp, and short rib and loved each dish. The drinks were great as well. We visited the day before Valentine's Day and they had this strawberry pistachio dessert that was so good. I am not a dessert person so that says a lot. Overall, would highly recommend. Great restaurant, speakeasy vibes, very loungey and dim atmosphere. We will be back again!

Great service. Food was excellent. We had a large group and all had a wonderful time. Really great place!
