Best Romantic Restaurants in Waterloo

Had a fantastic 5 course Valentines Day dinner at Trio. Each of the courses were unique and well crafted with fresh and high quality ingredients. The service was exceptional as well and we will definitely be returning to try another tasting menu. Highly recommend!

We went on Valentines day and the food was amazing. I wish I could go back and eat it all over again!! And the interactive table was so much fun!! The food also came so quick. Best experience ever. This is my new favorite restaurant. :)

The experience was amazing, my girlfriend and I went for their valentines 4 course special and each course was great ! Some of the best food I’ve had in a long time !

Good food in a homey bar-like setting. Service was good, although I'll never understand why an "authentic" pizza place only offers Heineken zero instead of Peroni zero as their only non alcoholic beer choice. 🤔 Arancini was tasty but a bit more breading forward than I'm used to. 7/10 Margherita pizza was tasty, with great crust and a perfect cook. I would have liked a little more basil. 9/10 I'll give it another go sometime soon.

It was an early Valentines Day date for me and my husband, we decided to take advantage of the Wednesday Date night special for $75.00 and we were NOT dissapointed. The menu offered for this special deal has a lot of amazing options. We chose Tuna Tartar for our starter to share, which was absolutely delicious and enough for 2 people to share. Our entres were Sweet Chili Chicken and Portobelo Chicken , and they were AMAZING! The portion size was huge, we had a nice lunch next day :) For our dessert we picked the Carrot Cake , which was a huge, delicious piece that ,again, was enough for both of us to share... Our server , Hanna, was very friendly, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed but did not overdo it or made us feel rushed. Thank you, Hanna! The only thing we would suggest is maybe to make the music a little quieter and instrumental , something more ambient. Otherwise the facility has very nice athmosphere, nice lighting, and different choices of sitting, Not too crowded and too close to other patrons. We enjoyed our date and the delicious food that was served in a very pretty fancy way. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to our friends.
