Food was great, but it took quite a while for food to come out of the kitchen. Rumor was, there were only two cooks in the kitchen. The waitress did a good job of delivering our food asbsoon as it was ready. Everything was extremely hot when it came out. The prime rib was good, but it was pre-sliced and sitting out for a while. First the stuffed mushrooms were not consistent. Some of the mushroom caps were too small for stuffing. Second, the rice that was served with the grilled salmon was in the warmer too long and was on the dry side. The salmon was done to perfection and the side of brussel sprouts were to die for.
