WE ARE FAMOUS FOR OUR WET AND DRY-AGED STEAKS THAT ARE HAND-CUT BY OUR IN HOUSE PROFESSIONAL BUTCHERS.Our steaks are wet aged on average 45 to 70 days, cut and then dry-aged for another 5 to 7 days. This extensive aging process is what separates us from our competition. We have been described as serving a “Ruth’s Chris” steak at an “Outback” price. In addition to our signature steaks, we serve baby back ribs, fresh salads, chicken, seafood, fajitas, and we even have two pasta dishes. Prices range on entrees from $9.99 to $29.00 for our 22 oz. T-bone steak. We make our dishes from scratch using the best ingredients. It’s the little details that keep the guests returning, from grilling a lemon to be squeezed on a fresh grilled fish, to making our brownies for our signature dessert, the Brownie Sundae.

It was Valentine’s Day so we knew it would be crowded and loud. So we were cool with that. However the food was not up to its usual standards. The lamb chops were under cooked and the sides were luke warm. We didn’t want to send it back but it was just too much going on and we didn’t want to wait too much longer. We love Maestro’s but will probably NEVER go on Valentine’s Day again.

I chose to try this restaurant because its concept reminded me of a restaurant I'd had lunch in over 40 years ago in Paris. The menu was simple and straightforward, just like the restaurant I'd remembered. I took a risk and booked it for Valentine's Day - waited so long I had to take a 6:15 pm sitting. Both my partner and I loved it! We were seated immediately, and even though the restaurant was packed, we didn't feel crowded or intruded upon. The service was fast and the server was cordial and attentive. Rustic bread with amazing butter: delicious Salad prepared the French way with dressing already judiciously added: delicious Steak/frites that were impeccably cooked and hot off the grill/fryer: DELICIOUS! We were surprised to find out we got a second helping of the steak/frites! This made so much sense because why get a huge serving when half of it will be cold by the time we eat it? Instead, both servings were hot and delicious. We opted for sauce on the side, which suited our preference for adding it according to our individual tastes. Although the desserts looked very enticing, we passed this time. But maybe next time I'll take something home! All in all, this was a wonderful experience. As my partner said, "10 out of 10." Thank you!

Our first time dining here we requested a booth or table near the window which we were able to get upon arriving so we were happy with that. We got Salads as our appetizers And we each got the capital cut Along with the crab cake entree Our food was absolutely delicious Worth every penny And our service was really awesome as well I can't remember our server's name but he was really attentive and did a good job explaining the menu specials we will definitely be back might be our new favorite Steakhouse in DC.
