We are located on the beautiful Argyle Street just over Pulteney Bridge and our smaller dining room, which can also be booked for private dining, overlooks Pulteney Weir.     An exemplary Italian restaurant that serves high quality yet simple food in terms of the menu. The restaurant staff were attentive and engaging and I like the fact that it is one of the few restaurants where a service charge is not automatically placed on the bill. If you’re in Bath you should definitely check this place out although you may need to book in advance.

    A while since we’ve been to The Marlborough Tavern. No particular reason hasten to add. Lovely Valentines Day menu. Enjoyed what we ordered although both meals could have been served hotter(as in heat not spice). Not too noisy although personally not a lover of dogs in restaurants. Will be back.

    A great experience from start to finish. Imaginative menu with numerous options - any of which I could happily have chosen. Friendly and helpful staff, who made us welcome. Superb attention to detail. First visit, definitely not the last.
