Service was great and friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed and quiet.More infoThe Lion & LambPrice: Moderate• British• Horsley•4.7
- SStewartNewcastle and Northumberland •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoA very special valentines breakfast with my wife and out two cocker spaniels. Great atmosphere for 10.30 on a Sunday morning. The venue was buzzing with chatter. Guitarist was playing great tunes. Food was expertly presented and tasted delicious. Highly recommend this place.More infoElkwater Bar & BistroPrice: Expensive• Bistro• Ponteland•4.7
- RRosieLondon •4 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoOne of us is gluten intolerant & sometimes the menu can be a little restricted but I was pleasantly surprised to find there as plenty of choice. The venue is light & airy with plenty of space between tables. The staff were very polite & well trained & the food, which was delicious, was served on time. We’ll definitely be back.More infoGino D’Acampo NewcastlePrice: Expensive• Italian• Newcastle upon Tyne•4.2
- JJohnNewcastle and Northumberland •3 reviews4.0Dined on Feb 9, 2025Stopped here for Sunday lunch...which was excellent. Service was slow but that was because of a lack of staff in my opinion. It did not spoil the meal though. The beef was beautifully cooked along with large helpings of veg. Lovely pub in a nice location.More infoDuke of Wellington InnPrice: Expensive• Gastro Pub• Newton•4.6
