Impressive service - table water offered before meal order and quality of food immaculate. Facilities and ambience to a high standard. All round a great evening out and a dining experience to savour. Cannot fault our Sunday lunch experience. Excellent food, well trained and friendly staff. The Inn was fully occupied but service was speedy and efficient. Heartily recommend eating here.

With the bad reviews on here was expecting it to be bad and was pleasently surpised when it wasnt they were quick with drinks and food and the staff were brillant the food was good even though a little dear but it was alcart so thats what you pay for but overall it was good we enjoyed it Thank you for a nice meal

Our first time at The Hawthorn. Was a lovely restaurant. Greeted by very helpful polite staff. Very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Efficient and professional. Pleasant and polite. I had the flat iron Steak with peppercorn sauce and crispy skin on fries. Absolutely delicious. Couldn’t find fault. Service was very prompt. The fries were the best I’ve ever tasted. My husband had the Burger with fries and he really enjoyed it too. Plenty of choices from the wine and beverage section. Prosecco was very nice as was the Ilkley beer. We didn’t have room for desert. Again nice choices from a traditional menu. Very nice indeed and we will definitely be returning.
