We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca.     Really enjoyed the atmosphere, the staff were great energetic and friendly. Enjoyed the cocktails and lager whilst waited to be seated for our meal. The food was fantastic we upgraded to the chateaubriand which was a great choice but could of had more sides offered than the 2 as wasn't enough to share really but overall a great evening The champagne was a nice gesture from staff to celebrate our night. Thanks again and would definitely recommend..

    Dined here with my girlfriend for our valentines meal, my steak was perfect however my girlfriend's steak came slightly overcooked; easy mistake to make it was very busy. We mentioned this to the staff and they were great. They allowed her to finish what she liked and gave us a full replacement meal with no extra charge even gave her a filet steak when she initially ordered the rump. The lady who served us was fantastic unfortunately I was unable to get her name however she was kind , understanding and reassuring when we mentioned the issue with her steak. Amazing customer service would recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing meal.

    Had a fantastic dining experience at Cibo Manchester. The ambiance was stylish yet welcoming, with a lively atmosphere. The food was outstanding authentic Italian flavors with fresh ingredients. The pasta was cooked to perfection. Service was attentive and friendly, making the evening even more enjoyable. A great spot for quality Italian cuisine in Manchester highly recommended!
