- PpaulNewcastle and Northumberland •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoFantastic staff, very welcoming on arrival. Great drinks knowledge. Very clued up on the food they are serving. The food quality, presentation and taste were outstanding. This is not the cheapest venue by far, but you pay for what you get. The bread platter we shared was a great start before our king prawn starters, both excellent. My main of beef fillet and short rib was melt in the mouth. My partners beef feather blade was as equally tender. Bothe deserts cheesecake and "Apple" were both excellent. The evening rounded off with two stunning cocktails. Well worth a visit.More infoBranches RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• British• Newcastle upon Tyne•4.9

Not all tasting courses will suit everyone but you will still be full at the end of the meal. Everyone should do this at least onceMore infoPeace and Loaf RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• British• Newcastle upon Tyne•4.9

- PPennyLondon •4 reviews4.0Dined on Nov 10, 2024Lovely roast dinner only spoiled by being swamped with so much gravy it was spilling over the plate! But the meat was lovely. We did not realise that the football would be on screens everywhere in the pub - we probably would not have chosen to eat there if we had known but that is not reallly a criticism - we just didn’t know and are not fansMore infoWellwood ArmsPrice: Moderate• Pub• Amble•3.9
