We mentioned this to the staff and they were great. They allowed her to finish what she liked and gave us a full replacement meal with no extra charge even gave her a filet steak when she initially ordered the rump. The lady who served us was fantastic unfortunately I was unable to get her name however she was kind , understanding and reassuring when we mentioned the issue with her steak.
