Best Restaurants for Groups in Bellwood

Celebrated my sons 20th birthday. I loved the personalized birthday menu as a keepsake. Our waitress was awesome and attentive to our table and the food was delicious. My son had the Surf and Turf and scampi shrimp and I had the Grilled Cowboys Ribeye that was cooked to perfection 👌 and we shared the lobster mac and cheese and loaded mashed potatoes. Great 1st time experience.

The service from door to table was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my food however, some of our party did not receive what they had expected. Our waiter went above and beyond to make this special occasion even more special. I was pleasantly surprised that the restaurant called twice to confirm the reservation, which really assured me because I was traveling from another state for the dinner. My only complaint was the menu was a bit limited and I would have liked more chicken options. I really wanted to try the chicken dish, but and not able to eat ham. I selected the veggie lasagna and loved it! I will definitely be back to the restaurant the next time I’m in Richmond.

I’ll try to avoid exaggeration here but I may have just had the best meal of my life. I had the special which was shrimp and sausage with orecchiette pasta and it was so good. I mean just really really incredible. My dinner partner had the famous 5 which is basically their spaghetti. It was the best spaghetti I have ever tasted and I’ve had plenty. The service was incredible. The entire meal took about 40 minutes from the time we sat down and we had an appetizer as well. The value is great considering we have leftovers for 3 more days and that is not hyperbole. This is the best restaurant for the money in richmond Virginia. Of that I have no doubt.

This is one of the top restaurants in RVA. Consistently excellent dishes fit for the season. Strong cocktail choices. Delicious wine list. And attentive service. A true gem.

Our first time here, and we'll be back for the outstanding food, service, reasonable prices, extensive menu. A great value!
