As a team, we are inspired by the culture and the heritage of Mexico. To that end, we are passionate about bringing you an authentic experience not typically seen north of the border in chain restaurants. We are committed to offering the freshest organic and local ingredients where possible, and we value local, artisan, indigenous and reclaimed offerings. We are even taking the not so typical step of making our own tortillas, sauces, and anything else possible from scratch. The list of craft cocktails is truly Mexican and includes house made sangritas, a curated selection of agave spirits, a diverse selection of craft and Mexican beers. In the end, it is all about sharing the food with the community of people who enjoy it. Viva México!

Shooters was a great experience all around. We had reservations and were sat immediately. The hostess gave us the option of dining in doors or outside along the water and we chose outside. It was a beautiful breezy evening with boats periodically docking there and the passengers getting off and having dinner. Our server was very nice, polite, and checked on us frequently. We ordered the chili wings to start, and I had the ahi tuna salad which was phenomenal and my friend had the Cajun shrimp pasta which looked amazing and he really enjoyed because he ate it all. Everything was tasty, seasoned well, and very good. We had drinks, an old fashion, and a glass of champagne. We didn’t save room for dessert but when I eat there again I’ll make sure to leave room to try the apple pie. All in all it was a wonderful dining experience and I will return. The only thing that was bizarre is that the restaurant is on the waterway, so when we were leaving, the entire street was flooded with a couple feet of water seemingly from the tide rising high enough to spill into the road. I have no idea why no one has raised that wall to keep the water out or built a dam like contraption to keep the water in at night because the street floods pretty deep. Other than that, the restaurant is worth every second and penny.
