Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Downtown / Sobro

Hi All, In short, we had a ✨magical✨ time at House of Cards. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that the elk, filet, broccolini, asparagus, and the panzanella salad we ordered practically ✨disappeared✨. Honorable mention to Brendan, our 10/10 server. Bravo HOC 🎩 🐇 🪄 Yours truly, Matt

It started off with the gracious hostess validating our parking, seating us and wishing us a happy anniversary. Mark was our server. He was thoughtful, helpful and attentive. The music was a plus. It maybe a little loud but being able to sit close to one another was romantic and help muffle the sound. We shared a delicious caprese salad, filet was cooked perfect with bleu cheese butter sauce, delicious scallops and decadent duck fat crusted potatoes. The tiramisu was excellent and the bananas foster gelato was okay. Perfect way to celebrate our 47th anniversary.

Everything was outstanding! Our waiter was so helpful and so accommodating! The meatballs were delicious! We wanted to try several things so our server, Jay, suggested ordering a few things to be able to taste it all! Best idea EVER! Everything we ordered, from the drinks, appetizers, main course to desserts was fantastic! Worth every penny!

From the time we entered, we felt relaxed and taken care of. The dining room was intimate and the tables were spread apart nicely. Everything we ate was delicious-bruschetta, Etch salad, filet, and venison (my husband). The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They knew we weee attending a show at Bridgestone, so they paced appropriately. The price is a little higher ($50 for a filet), but we never felt anyone was trying to upscale us. I highly recommend for a date night or special occasion.

We had a great time enjoying a wonderful meal for our 35th anniversary! I had not realized there was a 'side' room in addition to the main floor seating, but I realized I preferred it as the music - while fabulous! - was not so loud as to preclude conversation. The service was excellent, the food was excellent, the drinks were excellent and the dessert - the Chocolate Nutella Torte - was just beyond expectations! We will definitely return as there are many more delicious sounding dishes that we want to try!
