Best Romantic Restaurants in Burgess Hill

It was a wonderful evening and the food and service fantastic . The only disappointment came from my 18 yo daughter , her friend and my son who is older were ID checked and because they didn’t have their passports or any ID with them , they were refused wine with their meal and any drinks which slightly changed the celebratory occasion. We don’t normally drink but on a special night out we would not have expected to have this to have been refused. I belive that they should tell diners when booking g that without ID they will be refused alcohol . Never has this ever happened before in my life time of dining out with my family. I am 56 and my husband 66 so it was a shock.

Wonderful experience- cannot fault the food and wine! I have put 4 stars for service just because the app crashed when we ordered to food took a little longer than is usual (apparently!) but no other complaints and staff were lovely. Keen to visit again asap!
