Best Fun Restaurants in Woodstock

It was so lovely to eat here after not coming for a few months. Our last visit in July was very disappointing and the meats were overcooked and very dry. Today the food was amazing, the meat was succulent and the chips were fresh and tasty. Fantastic to have that original great tasting food back again.

really good food and excellent service. My only gripe was the coffee wasn't great.

We visit Quod regularly and after today's meal I question why we hadn't been for a while. First course good although needed to borrow someone else's teeth to crack the croutons. Calves liver superb, could have been a little more pink but so difficult to do in a large restaurant with thin slices, mash, kale and bacon and tasty sauce set the whole meal off. Our waitress who we now know well was as good as ever and at £34.60 a head great value. See you again soon!

The environment is cozy, food is authentic and delicious, staff are friendly and well prepared to introduce us the dishes. Since we booked for celebration, the staff did prepare some surprise for us which is out of our expectation! Thank you for cheering us up! :D

Back to its best! This is how I remember The Fishes ….. fantastic food, the best staff, and a buzzing atmosphere! Lovely Sunday afternoon with a great roast. The staff even offered extra Yorkshire puffs…a very lovely touch! Thank you. We’ll be back… soon!
