Nick Zheng, founder of a new restaurant in Westerleigh named Mountain Fusion has been loving all different types of food since childhood. He always enjoyed cooking for his families and friends and had a dream to open his own restaurant. Upon meeting his head sushi chef Ivan Wang and Head kitchen Chef Qing Cao. His dream became a reality. Ivan has about 10 years experience in Sushi. Over the years, Ivan has been seeing how the sushi in the United States changed, he does his own creations. Qing also has over 6 years experiences in cooking. He was a chef in China. After he moved to the States, he kept his career being a chef, this time, he wanted to try something new.     Great Italian fine dining. On holidays they seat in the bar/waiting area so be sure to specify if you mind eating in there. Food is excellent, drinks are strong, ambiance is classy. Will be coming again!

    The food is amazing, the view spectacular and the service attentive a courteous. Bob the Sommelier was extremley knowledgeable and considerate of our requirements. Alex, our host, was courteous with the right touch of humour. All of the staff professional and hosted us exceptionally well. An expensive but a priceless experience.

    Had an outstanding experience during our first visit! The staff was both welcoming and efficient, setting the tone for a great evening. The menu strikes the perfect balance—well-curated without being overwhelming. We kicked things off with expertly crafted cocktails and the most amazing thick-cut bacon, which set the bar high. For the main course, we chose the Tomahawk steak for two, paired with creamed spinach. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the spinach was served hot and fresh, complementing the meal beautifully. Highly recommend this spot, and we're already looking forward to our next visit!
