Best Organic Food Restaurants in Bingville

We were promptly greeted by the hostess and seated before our reservation time. Our server, Hannah(sp?), was fantastic. She provided very detailed descriptions of the wine, specials, and food offerings. She was attentive, but not annoying. Her enthusiasm was refreshing. She was quick to clear our table, when needed. Hannah was very personable and friendly, while remaining the consummate professional, which my husband and I truly appreciated. Our meals, from the appetizers to desserts, were phenomenal. The Chef and his team prepared and presented, in our opinion, Michelin and James Beard quality everything. While the price points are high compared to other restaurants in the Savannah area, Alligator Soul is worth it. Especially because the offerings are exotic and unique, but still “familiar.” We have dined here a few times over the years, pre-Covid. The dining experience is just as exceptional this visit as it had been in the past. We highly recommend Alligator Soul because of the Chef, the Sommalier, and Hannah, our server.

The food is very good, albeit very expensive. We only go every couple of years, due to the extravagant price. We recently went for my fiancé’s birthday. The food was delicious, although service was slightly lacking, and I was disappointed that we were not offered a free dessert for her birthday like so many places do. I would only recommend this for a very rare indulgence. There are many places around Savannah that offer quality food, for a much more reasonable price.
