Best Restaurants for Birthdays in Dale Terrace / Olympus / Victoria Square

We searched several seafood restaurants in downtown Savannah and were happy that we went with River House. From the ambiance to the service to the amazing appetizers and incredible entrees, our experience was great!

This place is AMAZING. We made a point to drive up from Florida for this restaurant. We have reservations for 2 of the 4 nights we are in Savannah. Check it out if you can. I highly recommend their fried green tomatoes, shrimp and grits, coconut shrimp and Caesar salad.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The options can seem overwhelming at first, but the server did a great job of talking us through the options. Started with oysters and martinis, then entrees and a bottle of champagne. Coffee and dessert to finish. Everything was great and the atmosphere/vibe were awesome. Highly recommend. Will definitely go back again.

The service was superior! The food was excellent

We dined mid-week for brunch. The menu was very good. The food was perfectly prepared and to our liking. The service staff was very warm and cordial. All in all, a good experience.
