- OTOpenTable DinerTampa / Central Florida West •1 review5.0Dined todayThe experience is what you are paying for. The food was hot and expertly prepared. My favorites were the pimento cheese starter and the fillet, mashed potato and the vegetable mix served with the flounder. Service is excellent. The servings sizes were great. This many courses was a lot for me, I couldn't finish each plate in order to save room for the next. By dessert I was stuffed full. I cannot imagine eating all of this and drinking wine and coffee. Overall great meal.More infoElizabeth on 37thPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Thomas Square•4.9
- BBrittneyWashington, D.C. Area •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoSecond time visiting this amazing restaurant. Was so amazing the first time had to come back. And they did not disappoint. Love the intimacy and how small the place is so it's not loud even with the tables being semi close. Great customer service as always sat right away even though we were 10min early to our reservation. Got the NY Striptease which was made perfectly medium rare. With some potato puree and green beans. VERY good sized steak at least 16oz, only ate half of it and brought the rest home. Friend had the catch of the day and she said it was absolutely amazing. May be on the pricier side but the service and food quality makes it absolutely worth the price.More infoNoble FarePrice: Expensive• French American• Historic District - South•4.9

- JJohnCoastal Georgia •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWhat a wonderful brunch experience my wife and I had at this hidden gem in Savannah's historic district. We were looking for a restaurant to enjoy a nice breakfast and found this one. Upon arriving we were greeted by the hostess and seated quickly. Our server was wonderful and answered our questions and provided exceptional service. Our brunch orders arrived quickly and they were incredible. The next time we visit Savannah we plan to try our B. Matthews for dinner!!! This restaurant is a must visit!!!More infoB. Matthew’sPrice: Moderate• American• Historic District - North•4.7
- WWilliamSouth Carolina •3 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 11, 2024We dined at the Fitzroy on 11 November to celebrate our anniversary. We arrived a bit early for our reservation but were promptly seated. Our server was very attentive as was the manager, Tony. He helped us with wince selections and spoke with us at some length about The Fitzroy and their concept in dining. We shared an appetizer of calamari that was presented in a curry sauce that was delightfully different. Then we enjoyed entrees of halibut with a chickpea puree and Rosso buck for my wife - she took most of hers home as the portions are generous! Dessert were had and were generously comped by the restaurant. We will certainly be back as there were numerous other choices on the menu that looked good and we'd love to try them with some of the wines that Tony told us about.More infoThe FitzroyPrice: Moderate• American• Historic District - North•4.4
