Best Italian Restaurants in Bali Hai Golf Club

Overall great food and nice service. There are just a few things that could elevate the experience: the glassware is basic and the flatware is not for a high end restaurant looked like the cutlery at Denny's! The napkins could use an upgrade and maybe be monogrammed like in Hell's Kitchen.

Simply lovely experience from beginning to end. I ordered the four course Anniversary menu plus the wine pairing and every bite was outstanding. The crab arrancini was delicious, but the crab wasn't pronounced. The lemon spaghetti was divine. This has been one of Giada's signature dishes and it shows. Bronzino was also exceptional with the roasted fennel and tomato's playing nicely with a perfectly cooked fish. Tiramisu was equally great! The service was impeccable from beginning to end. With great attention to detail, appropriate suggestions, and a good sense of humor. Watch out for the pepper grinder! It is a weapon. Value and atmosphere also quite good for what you expect in Vegas. The location is amazing -- it can be a little loud with the honking of street traffic (exacerbated by Formula One tear down).

Carmines is always great value and the momma’s in the kitchen authentic Italian i food is delicious. Huge servings!! Love the place

We had a group of 6 for a guys weekend. The food was great and the atmosphere was awesome. My only complaint was that the restaurant was so dark, I couldn't really see the lobster bits in my pasta. I think they should turn up the lights, just a bit.

We ate at the Bar and it was a wonderful experience. Lindsey and Ryan were tremendous hosts (bar tenders). We felt like we were in their home as they engaged with us on so many levels. They were advisors on both food and drink, attentive to our needs, and they provided interesting conversation. The food was outstanding, too. We really enjoyed the Cremini Mushroom Pizzette and the Shaved Brussel Sprouts Salad.
