Because the bar is relatively small, it can get loud when busy. Our server, who we learned from a hotelier was one of the only ones who didn’t “call out” for Valentine’s Day, though slammed, persevered with a smile, grace, and courtesy. Our waiter Dimitri was attentive and professional and provided great recommendations on food and wine and was mindful of my son’s allergy. We had lamb chops, lobster special, Hawaiian Kampachi, chicory salad and the most heavenly soufflés. The lemon soufflé may have been the best I’ve ever had.
