Gin & Cocktail Bar The original 1840s sandstone walls of the building Frank Mac’s now occupies a 120-person capacity bar which flows from outdoor seating on George Street, across two levels and into a back courtyard. Whereas the downstairs space feels cosy and intimate, dotted with vintage leather banquettes, dark jade and light orange velvet armchairs, low tables and a fireplace, the ground level you’ll walk into off George Street will reflect the energy of the bartenders working behind the almost five-metre-long oak bar. Zucchini flowers are a must try . The place was all good and fine but the waitress was right behind us to take order for main course when we said we will need time so which was kind of annoying but the food and place are amazing going back again surely .

Dining here was amazing!! So once to have local jazz and delicious food offered locally. It is usually something I travel into the city CBD for but look no further! The staff were so proactive in helping and serving, not the mention the food was delicious. I really hope they keep the Sunday night jazz and cocktail deal as it was definitely a seller for making me a repeat customer.

Absolutely amazing, just like the Manly venue. Food unbelievably good, with mazing flavour combinations and creativity plated up. Great waite staff. I'm a big bloke and portion sizes could be bigger for the price, so only 4 stars for value, but all else 5 stars. Had a great time there!

It is always a quick easy pick to go to the Belrose Hotel. Food options are good always a special to choose from. Plenty of space and staff always helpful. Food always good
