The Grade II-listed venue has a variety of spaces where guests can enjoy a meal or drink.The various menus showcase a commitment to using the best seasonal British produce available, including that grown in the kitchen garden. If Brits ever want to know what it's like to eat at an Ontario, Canada farm-to-table restaurant, they should come here. If you don't know, Ontario is an incredible farming province and there are numerous places like The Barn Kitchen - this cool blend of excellent food, casual but still upscale environment, modern but rustic interior and a real community space. Just fantastic food and a great, great space. I loved the associated farm store, as well.

Enjoyed a very pleasant afternoon at The Holt, afternoon tea was lovely, nice atmosphere and decorated with Christmas tress and a lovely fire. Nice to have warm scones as some places do not do this, and nice sandwiches and cakes. We needed to do a last minute change with the sandwich's from their menu, and the were very obliging to do so.
