We had another wonderful experience last night at Palapa Grill Everyone was so nice and attentive. Our server was exceptional. Drinks were perfect and the food was phenomenal. Best lobster thermidor and three perfect steaks. Highly recommend. We come every visit and we’ll be back in June

If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience in St. Maarten, this restaurant is a must-visit! Over the past five days of indulging in local cuisine, this was by far the most delicious meal we had. We started with the crab eggplant appetizer, which was absolutely amazing—refreshing, flavorful, and the perfect way to kick things off. For the main course, I had the lobster done two ways. Both preparations were exceptional. What elevated the meal was the wine pairing; it complemented each course perfectly, enhancing the flavors without overpowering them. The service here was the highlight, though. The staff made us feel like family—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure we had the best possible experience. It’s clear that they take pride in what they do, and it truly made a difference. I’m already looking forward to trying their sister restaurant in New York. If this meal is any indication, I know I won’t be disappointed!

Have been going every March while we are there. Always a place to share with your guests as the ambiance and vies are amazingly beautiful!
