- CCarlyToronto / Ontario •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThis was a fantastic experience. We ordered the 2 course special for lunch. Tried the escargot, French onion soup, steak and mussels. The serving size was generous and the food was AMAZING. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the downtown Montreal area.More infoBrasserie 701Price: Moderate• French• Old Montreal•4.5
- JJonathanToronto / Ontario •1 review4.0Dined 2 days agoThe food was very good. My son had the salmon and I was worried that he wouldn’t like it because it might be dry. It’s also weird for a 13 year old to order salmon right? Anyway, he loved it. I was impressed. My wife ordered the pasta of the day or something like that. It had foie gras, truffle mixed in a cream sauce with duck. Crazy good. Burger was ok. Little over done. The place is pricey but the ambiance makes up for it. The wine cellar and bar look awesome.More infoModaviePrice: Expensive• French• Old Montreal•4.7

- SSShannonSVIPLos Angeles •20 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe arrived in snowy Montreal to our hotel, Auberge Du Vieux Port, and dined at their next door restaurant, Gaspar Brasserie, a warm, inviting hearth, and the best onion soup I’ve had! We were eating late, but split a delicious salmon and lentil dish, very smoky and complex. We’re happy to be in Montreal!More infoGaspar French BrasseriePrice: Expensive• French• Old Montreal•4.6
