- LLisaCalgary / Southern Alberta •3 reviews5.0Dined todayExcellent food and service. It has a darker and more intimate vibe than most restaurants. Volume level is great for a date or dinner out with friends. You can hear your partner well but you don't feel like everyone around can hear your conversation.More infoAlvin's Jazz ClubPrice: Expensive• Canadian• Calgary•4.6
- SSamCalgary / Southern Alberta •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoTen Foot Henry is my favourite restaurant in Calgary and has been consistently for years!! My favourite dish of the night was the new “marinated beets” with mama ghanoush, salted ricotta (I omitted due to dairy allergy) & cured zucchini - A true chefs kiss/honourable mention to this extraordinary explosion of flavours, vivid colours and complimentary textures which paired superb with my delightful blueberry roiboos tea! Thank you all as always for the exceptional hospitality, service & care this Valentine’s Day weekend!! Much love & appreciation, SamMore infoTen Foot HenryPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Canadian• Calgary•4.8
- LLeahCalgary / Southern Alberta •6 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoAs per usual, a lovely dinner at River Cafe. Hadn’t been for a while, so brought our guests to enjoy with us. Round of cocktails were great - unique and tasty. Beet and pea agnolotti appies were delicious. Our friends have a garlic sensitivity and the kitchen was amazing about it and made them a special fish dish without garlic. Much appreciated. The artic char and tenderloin entrees were cooked to perfection and very delicious. Our server was great - helpful and attentive. Freezing cold walk over made it that much more cozy inside. Still always cringe at the bill ($420 for 4) but worth it as a treat.More infoRiver CaféPrice: Expensive• Canadian• Calgary•4.7
- LLouisCalgary / Southern Alberta •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoFirstly, our compliments to the chef. I feel this person tries harder than most, and the palate is rewarded for that effort. Not fond of dining in Calgary usually but Lake House is a special exception. Cuisine and overall experience, ambience, our server, welcoming hosts make this a place we want to come back to.More infoThe Lake HousePrice: Expensive• Canadian• Calgary•4.8
- CCornieCalgary / Southern Alberta •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoBooked a table for the Valentines Day special, however I booked for 4:30 pm and the Special only started at 6pm, so we had the Froday Prime Rib special instead of the Surf and Turf and bottle of wine valentine special. I feel the Valentines Special should start at 4 pm not 6 pm. Oh well, it was still excellent and we love the CBH and will keep coming back. We will just book for 6 pm next time.More infoThe Canadian Brewhouse - ChestermerePrice: Moderate• Sports Bar• Chestermere•4.4
