We call ourselves a "cafe" in the sense that we are not pretentious and offer a fine dining experience in an atmosphere of comfort and respite.Parking in Opera Alley, and downtown, can be a bit of a challenge, especially on the weekends, so please be sure to give yourself plenty of time when making reservations to find a parking space, or consider a night off from driving and get an Uber or Lift!!     Another yummy dinner at wildfin! Our server, Lake was very friendly and had a few recommendations for me because they were unfortunately OUT of the Parmesan crusted sole last night I wound up having the trout both the seafood fettuccine and the shepherds pie are delicious and the beer ( house Hefeweizen ) was even good as well. Last night was just another example of why Wildfin is one of our favorites

    I am a fan of Over The Moon so a friend joined me last night for her first time. As usual, all the seating was filled -- on a Tuesday night! but the service was timely and attentive without being annoying. When we first arrived at 4:45 the music was louder than I remembered .... but turned down to an accommodating level for conversation. I personally avoid most restaurants because I find having to raise my voice to have a conversation is not relaxing. My friend tried my favorite, lasagna, and found it unique (no pasta) and soooo good. My friend was surprised when four friends arrive later to celebrate a birthday -- we are all from Gig Harbor. No view, no gimmicks ..... just a comfortable setting for a better than usual dining experience.
