- SShannonBaltimore / Maryland •38 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoLots of extra little touches that made the dishes special: the foamy mignonette on the oysters, the crunchy bites and pickled mushrooms on the beef tartare. Pre-pandemic, table side dishes such as classic Caesar salad and duck a la presse were on the menu- we can understand not having them all the time, but hopefully they’re not gone for good.More infoBygonePrice: Very Expensive• American• Harbor East•4.6
- TTanikaWashington, D.C. Area •11 reviews4.0Dined 4 days agoThis was our second time going. The menu changed and was very limited than before. Only 2 fish options and the steak options weren’t great. Appetizer options were sub-par and only 3 dessert options. Entertainment is always good. Great, strong drinks. Excellent service. There definitely needs to be a menu revamp.More infoMonarquePrice: Very Expensive• French• Harbor East•4.5
- EElmerChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoTruly fantastic, beginning to end. We opted for the tasting menu and it simply did not miss. Each course was fantastic. Crudo, oyster, and black cod were highlights, along with the gracious and unpretentious service. Easy to see why this is considered one of DC's best restaurants.More infoBrescaPrice: Expensive• Contemporary French / American• U Street Corridor•4.7
- MMartinBaltimore / Maryland •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoI wanted to take my mother someplace very nice for dinner and the Elkridge Furnace Inn went ABOVE and BEYOND!!! We started with sautéed mushrooms, which are grown locally and prepared fresh. The cream of Baltimore soup was the best variation of a cream of crab soup that we ever have ever experienced. Mum got the Fish Du Jour, which was a delicious Rockfish served with an oyster, mushroom, shrimp & white wine, seafood velouté. I got the 6oz Filet Mignon. My steak was perfectly cooked … it was so delicious and tender. The best broccolini I have ever had in my life and I am a “broccolini snob”. We ended with us each getting dessert… mum got the crème brûlée and I got the apple dumpling with a side of salted caramel ice cream. I’ve never seen my mum eat something so fast. Lol. I had to keep telling her to pace herself. I couldn’t finish my dessert… it was just TOO BIG! Lol. I took it home and had it for breakfast the next day. Chef Dan and his wife Donna stopped by our table to check in on our dining experience, which really touched my mum. The entire staff, from the servers to the bartenders were so friendly and welcoming. Our server was Audrey and she was very knowledgeable and attentive. The serving assistant, Dawson, made sure mum’s coffee was always topped off. I’m very much looking forward to our next visit to the Elkridge Furnace Inn!!!More infoThe Elkridge Furnace InnPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Elkridge•4.8
- DDanielleBaltimore / Maryland •3 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 7, 2024A top-tier experience from start to finish. We were fortunate enough to enjoy three unforgettable hours, each one surpassing our expectations. Our evening began with a warm welcome at the cozy bar/lounge next to the fire, where we savored our first chef-selected course while sipping drinks and soaking in the ambiance. From there, we were escorted to a stunning table, complete with a personalized menu celebrating our 15th anniversary—thoughtful touches like our names and an extraordinary menu set the tone for what was to come. Surrounded by elegance and another crackling fire, every course was a masterpiece, and the service was nothing short of impeccable. The attention to detail was extraordinary, and we can’t wait to return. Simply unforgettable!More infoThe Smokehouse Restaurant at Antrim 1844Price: Very Expensive• Contemporary French / American• Taneytown•4.9
