Our server, Tyson, explained everything, was patient, indulgent, funny, personable and professional. We happened to be there before 6 pm, so Tyson let us know that the Ruth's Classics were still available, which we were unaware of, so 2 of our party took advantage of this; basically, a prix fixe menu, with starter, entree with sides and dessert - a great deal, being able to sub where you want to add something. Steaks were cooked to perfection, the creamed spinach is to die for; quality!! As a result the service was very fast, the food was done perfectly and each course arrived just as we finished the previous course. Everything was the right temperature and very fresh out of the kitchen. We shared two 12 ounce filet mignons, the mushrooms with spinach, mashed potatoes, half Wedge and half Morton's salads, lobster tails and a crab cake. We always love the onion bread loafs, but have to restrain ourself only to have a couple slices each. They also have some great deals on certain wines.
