Interesting concept to have the choice to cook your own steak. Half our group opted out and had kitchen cook;other half cooked their own. Overall a fun group experience. Timing is not the same as entire group making the same choice. So cooked steaks came out while cook your own, on a different cycle. Quality was good enough for us but not same as a high end steak house. Sides are really good. And unique. Caesar salad is amazing. Highly recommend.
