Best Organic Restaurants in Kenmore

The best part about our Christmas breakfast was sitting near the fireplace on a chilly morning, and the excellent service we received. The food was ok, not exceptional, We had the eggs benedict and one of us had the McMenamin's two egg breakfast. There was an overpowering smell of woodsmoke from outside (not the fireplace), and the music playing was Italian Opera played way too loudly.

The food was fantastic, as always. The only problem was serving it family style. My husband and I were trying to be considerate of our neighbors, so didn’t take as much as we’d have liked. They, naturally, ate what was left and at the end we were still feeling hungry. I’d really prefer individual plating, even though I imagine it’s kind of a pain. But the food, the wine, the winemakers, the servers, all were superlative! It was a great experience.

The food here is so great. There’s something for everyone and they are willing to accommodate, and are so warm and friendly about it. The gluten free bread is so incredible, I mentioned how portland struggles with gf bread that isn’t off, they brought me a whole loaf to bring back with me. It was so so so sweet. I recommend this place to everyone.

Absolutely phenomenal birthday dinner at Cafe Juanita. Truly memorable from first bite to last, and stellar service throughout. It’s a splurge, but a worthy special occasion spot.
