Best Steak Restaurants in Harborne

Four of us had Sunday lunch yesterday. As always the food was imaginative and delicious. The sides are a bit pricey but overall it was excellent value. Although the place was rammed the service was still excellent.

The steak was decent but didn’t quite stand out compared to others I’ve had. It was a nice touch that the sauce and butter were included, adding some extra flavor. The waiter was professional and polite, though their manner felt a bit abrupt at times. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Chose here for a catch up with a friend! The food was exceptional, decent portions sizes and so much to offer for a gluten free diet. Very impressed with here and will definitely be returning.

The food is no surprise-excellent steak. The service, whilst always very good, was exceptional. The hosts were welcoming, the wait staff were excellent-from reading notes from previous visits to making suggestions regarding new menu options, but also personalised touch. I requested a passing member of staff to show my friend the meat board-now only done on request as previously some vegan diners had complained (why come to a STEAK house?)-and she recalled when I’d dined there 18 months ago. Gabby, our server, was attentive and very helpful-due to some dietary issues, dessert is usually an issue-she was pro-active and advised some desert options from previous visits (don pedro from when I dined with my nephew at gaucho in London in 2019!). A spontaneous lunch with a friend made wonderful by the excellent service from the staff at Gaychi, in particular Gabby and Domini.
