- JJuliaToronto / Ontario •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoI took my boyfriend here the other day for his birthday and we had an amazing time. This was the first time either of us experienced a coat check for a restaurant which came as a surprise, but that was a very appreciated detail of the overall experience. Our waiter Isaac was phenomenal. He was very thorough in describing the food, as well as the reason for different things that they add to the food to enhance the aroma and flavour. He was very personable and provided outstanding customer service. The food was amazing. We had the beef Wellington experience, which was done by Isaac himself. It came out phenomenal. We also had the New York steak as well as the mac & cheese and those were also amazing. And of course to top it off, we had to have the 13 layer cake which I highly recommend. Isaac has also recommended some drinks for us, which were really good. We both really enjoy our time there and will definitely come back.More infoLOUIX LOUISPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Financial District•4.6

Very easy to talk without any distracting music or other noises. Thanks!More infoREIGNPrice: Very Expensive• Canadian• Financial District•4.6
- EErinToronto / Ontario •4 reviews4.0Dined 6 days agoWe loved the atmosphere when we came in, and was delighted by the table settings. We all had mimosas, coffee and Croque Madame’s for lunch. The mimosas were delicious and excellent plentiful coffee (thank goodness!) The Croque Madame's, while tasty (amazing sauce and ham!) were very bready. Our waitress was great and the staff was over all very nice. We enjoyed our visit and will come back to visit brunch!More infoFrenchy Bar et BrasseriePrice: Expensive• French• Financial District•4.2

- DDanToronto / Ontario •2 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 11, 2025The food, service and atmosphere were spot on for the celebration of a mentor turning 90. We loved it! Food, people and the Champaign. The only disappointment and actually surprise was as follows: I told the bartender about the 90th bday celebration the 6 of us were having, please bring us a bottle of Champaign and 6 glasses. All cool. And he said we will bring something special at the end of brunch. The waitress brought a beautiful mix of three desserts which tasted amazing. What surprised me was when I got the bill was we were charged for them. Rather than make a stink amongst very special guests, I paid the bill. However, a couple of days have gone by now and it still bothers me. Would I go back again for another special celebration and recommend to others? For sure! It’s just unfortunate that this impression of a complimentary thank you is what you remember.More infoConsort Bar BrunchPrice: Moderate• Breakfast• Financial District•4.3
