Today we shared a 1.1 kg Fiorentina between 4 accompanied by tomatoes salad, spaghetti with tomato and basil and broccoli, having had bone marrow, anchovies on toast, and carpaccio with rocket and reggiano to start. Our hostess, Sophia, was first class, bubbly, knowledgeable, and kind (even to our 2 small pooches).
