Whatever the occasion, Pappagallo provides the perfect setting to satisfy all your senses. From the moment you step onto the wooden bridge leading to the entrance you are transported into another world. We offer several dining options, indoors and out, but it is the spectacular details of our 30-foot Cayman-style, Silver Thatch roof that is truly breathtaking! The menu changes regularly under the inspired guardianship of Chef Alex Menegon who demands freshness of food as an absolute priority. The contemporary cuisine at Pappagallo is typified by its simplicity and freshness. The kitchen is a hive of activity as fresh pastas and breads are made daily. Chef Alex uses as much locally caught seafood as is available and only the best of USDA Certified meats are offered. Fresh vegetables and fruits are featured in all dishes and, for the sweets-lover, a dessert menu starring only handcrafted desserts. So sit back, relax and enjoy one of the best dining experiences in Grand Cayman!

The food was excellent as always. We were disappointed that they did not offer the crab-stuffed tiger shrimp that they often do this time of year, but easily found other appealing options. The service was great too.

This is a lovely casual spot with great food and an attentive staff. Tables around the pool area are especially nice. The fish tacos are always a good choice.

Ambiance was nice with the setting sun. Food and service was good. My only issue was the continuous pounding of the repetitious music beat. Boom, boom boom, the same pounding repetitious beat throghout our entire dinner. Made me want to scream. The idea is to RELAX during dinner, not have your heart jump out of your chest. Sorry for the drama, but you asked. Maybe the Marriott powers that be can objectively assess and revise the music at dinner hours (unless it’s a private party for the under 40 crowd.
