Our server he is awesome he has a knowledge of his food and drink really well. Good service nice people working there. This guy really know what he doing and yes he know how to sales love everything he does. Thank you for your service.

Charlie was our server and did an excellent job. Three in our party have nut allergies and he and the staff were very attentive to that. The food was delicious…Ono as they say here. Several of us had the Blue Marlin. Very good!

From the moment the valet took our vehicle, we were taken care of immediately and attentively, not only with their service but with their smiles as well. at every point of our evening here we were greeting with welcoming smiles. our seating hostess was quick and attentive and our waitress was top notch! She was so helpful with the menu and took care of our every need. From the drinks and appetizers to the dessert, every dish was not only delicious, but beautiful! This was a simple date night for my wife and I while on the island, but the service and quality of the staff, food, and atmosphere at Red Salt elevated this to a truly memorable experience!

We had a lovely dinner. The Caesar salad was fresh & the escargot in the shells were a delight. My lamb was delicious & the filet perfectly prepared. Our waiter was friendly & had helpful wine & dinner suggestions. It was the perfect ending to our Kauai vacation & one of our favorite places on the island.

Food and service were very good (as always). We were able to make a dinner reservation till for 5 pm when the restaurant opens. Since several parties have 5 pm reservations there can be a line to be seated which we experienced. Not too bad, but also not great. We were there on a Thursday night when the restaurant also provides food for some Luau attendees. So about 70% of the tables were reserved for those people which limits the availability for other guests. Also between 5:30 and 6:15 there was music for the Luau people. For our next visit we will avoid the Thursday night.
