- AAdinaChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWe tried this restaurant last night and had the best time. The food was amazing, but what was really amazing was our server Rene and the staff. The staff was so on top of it, and the food came out so fast. It was our friend's birthday, and we were trying to surprise her. We had ordered a cake but needed to figure out a way to get it there without her noticing. When my other friend called the restaurant, they were able to hold the cake for us in the morning and then bring it to the table as a surprise. Rene was already informed by staff, so when we arrived, he was already in on the plan. At the end of dinner, the cake was brought out, and it was such a nice surprise. Special thanks to Rene and the staff at Quartino—you are all amazing.More infoQuartino - ChicagoPrice: Moderate• Italian• River North (Chicago)•4.6

Both perfect in texture and flavor. I shared Prime Rib with Wife and Daughter got Spaghetti Bolognese .. The pasta was Al Dente and meat sauce rich and amazing. Prime Rib was disappointing.. They Split cut for wife and myself ..There was over 50% fat in cuts... was difficult to navigate with knife anywhere and slice Ribeye.. We might have had that area that the fat strap ran and not mad as it happens with Beef. The only other anomaly was The Italian greeter/ manager went around and checked on tables around us.. Never came by and acknowledged our table.. it was 5:30 and not super busy..Nor did server ask us after entrees served come Back... I miss those days when spending $300 plus for two adults and one child.. Would create a value for establishment... I believe this was 7 out of 10... but small tweaks would make it 9 out of 10.More infoGene and GeorgettiPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• River North (Chicago)•4.7
- GGordonChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoI reserved a special from Mercadito called "Amor y Sabor" and boy it did not disappoint. The ambiance was very chill and the music was not too loud. Our waitress was very nice and attentive with us. The food was fantastic it consisted of a 4 course meal. It began with a shot of tiger de leche (Peruvian cuisine). Then we had a choice of camarones ceviche which was super tasty and flavorful. After that, we had queso Birria tacos with the dip and that was also delicious. Next but not least, we had some nice and tender strip steak which was perfectly cooked and was easy to chew. Our night was capped off with some churro desert and a glass of champagne. Overall an awesome and exciting experience and would highly recommend it!More infoMercadito - River NorthPrice: Expensive• Mexican• River North (Chicago)•4.6

Amazing crab claws, steak, and sea bass. Our waiter, Christopher, was attentive and just the right amount of charming. Delicious desserts to top off the evening. We’ll be back soon.More infoJoe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone CrabPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• River North (Chicago)•4.9
