Our owner Jimmy started Mt Fuji Japanese Sushi & Hibachi Steakhouse back in 2005 as an small sushi restaurant. Came back after more than ten years and the food is still very good. The A5 wagyu and the toro are excellent as was the sparkling sake. The katsu and udon are delicious and the tamari chocolate dessert with sesame ice cream was creative and tasty. Service was attentive, informative, and efficient. All in all, a mainstay in the Philly restaurant scene that you can't go wrong with.
