- RRachelDublin •3 reviews4.0Dined 7 days agoWe had a great time at doll society bottomless brunch. The DJ was great and played all the best songs that had everyone on their feet. Viola Gayvis was a fantastic host and performer, it was a great day with great atmosphere. The only downside was the service, we were a table of three people and were pretty much forgotten about. We never got given the disco ball glass that every other table received and was promised we could ‘get someone else’s later’ but when I went about this, the staff member said ‘let me go check’ and never returned with an answer. Then I went up again later and was told that they weren’t serving drinks from the disco ball anymore and therefore we only received 2 out of the 3 paid for drinks despite every other table receiving them which was very disappointing as we had paid for it!More infoDoll Society BarPrice: Moderate• Cocktail Bar• Dundrum•4.4

- GGinaDublin •8 reviews4.0Dined on Nov 1, 2024Just to note here that it's not possible to complete the review without rating the food - which we didn't have, so I gave 1 star. I didn't even know 9 Below served food! The ambience is classy & sophisticated. However, we were in a back room, & there was just one other couple for 50 mins of the hour we were there. So, no atmosphere & too quiet. Also, both of us were getting quite cold by the end of the hour. I was in a blouse, husband in a shirt - hadn't expected to need another layer as it was not a cold night outside at all. (12c) I imagine that back room would need some kind of heating when Winter sets in. Prices were expected for an upmarket cocktail bar. Cocktails are €14.50. There is a very inventive & interesting list, and nicely done in a mini magazine. Beers & whiskeys were good value. The cocktail was delicious, & service was attentive & friendly. Oh - the phone line is terrible. Almost impossible to hear what's being said on the other end, with crackling noises etc. Maybe switch to a WhatsApp business phone number??More info9 BelowPrice: Moderate• Cocktail Bar• South City Centre•4.6
