Silver Dove Afternoon Tea is a full service tearoom in Downtown Boston specializing in English style afternoon tea service. Steps from Government Center and the Freedom Trail, an experience at Silver Dove includes a pot of tea and a curated selection of finger foods. The food is a set menu and fixed price consisting of a variety of finger sandwiches, savory canapés, cakes, scones, macarons and other pastries which rotate seasonally.We offer 90 minute reservations for afternoon tea Wednesday through Sunday. Reservations are available up to six weeks in advance. We can accommodate parties of up to six guests on weekends, and parties of up to twelve guests Wednesday through Friday.We serve a wide selection of teas and herbal infusions from around the world and of various styles. We have been frequenting Legal Seafoods Long Wharf almost every Friday in November. Their Friday lunch specials have been great food at a great value. The atmosphere there is relaxing and the staff very friendly. Highly recommend!

First visit here and definitely won't be our last. Fantastic food and fantastic drinks. Everything from the appetizers through to the Baked Alaska was absolutely delish! But what really made our night was our server, Jonathan M. His enthusiasm for the menu was spectacular. He had great recommendations and truly knew everything about every dish or drink. He brought us a few things to try that we didn't even order and he was not wrong about how good they were (the glazed carrots for example...chef's kiss!!). He even sold us on what sounds like a fantastic weekend brunch so we will be back for that without a doubt!!
