The building contains a main floor restaurant, 12welve Bistro, a 2nd floor banquet hall, and the 3rd floor, which is home to Whitby’s only rooftop patio.

At The Local, the hospitality, culinary and baking students learn in the restaurant as part of their embedded courses as well as their field placement's under the direction of our Faculty, Chef and Restaurant Technicians.
