At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. We LOVE the food @ Zeugma, SO many great choices on the menu; The service is attentive, friendly and professional. We keep returning because we love everything about Zeugma SO much. It is so hard to, but please try to leave room for desert. PLEASE order their incredible pistachio ice cream; home made, with just the right amount of sweet and nutty. Fresh ground nuts on top !

Nice restaurant. Food was decent as was the service. Tables were very close together and it was LOUD, so LOUD that you could barely hear what the other guests at your table were saying. We even asked to move but all of the tables were full.

For a hotel restaurant it’s bumping but the food was subpar I asked for medium rare steak and I got well done and the sauce on top was so citrusy it ruined the steak for me , didn’t pay attention to booming didn’t realize it was a hotel resturant but it was cute .. under staffed waiter had about 15 tables all by himself but he did a good job I most likely won’t return but thank you
