- TTimVIPHouston •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe tuna tartare appetizer was absolutely amazing! Every dish we had was excellent, but what really stands out here is the service and the overall experience. The staff works together as a team to provide a level of customer service rarely seen nowadays. We highly recommend going here if you’re in Telluride!More info221 South OakPrice: Expensive• American• Telluride•4.9
- RRickNew York City •12 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoThe food was good but overcooked. The filet mignon was medium rather than medium well and the salmon was medium well rather than medium rare. Both were rather dry. The pork chops, on the other hand, were perfect and succulent. Again, good food but the basics (doneness) were missed by a mile and really detracted from an otherwise great experience (great service and atmosphere).More infoLa MarmottePrice: Very Expensive• French• Telluride•4.5
- SStuartVIPNew York City •51 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoFood was very good, nice to have the choice of elk or bison on the menu. Service was very good, attentive. One negative was asked for my dish without the potatoes and substituted with a vege and they said they would not do that but that I could buy a side vege for $12 or whatever it was--a little annoying. And the ambiance was very nice, it is in a nice old building with high ceilings. It is not a value play at all. Not used to seeing the $60+ entrees, really used to seeing more in the $30s and $40s, especially on some that were just a cut of meat where you had to order your $10 to $15 side dishes separately. So the value conscious should really not go here, but I doubt that is their target market.More infoNew Sheridan Chop HousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Telluride•4.9
- MMiguelHawaii •5 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 21, 2025During our off-season winter visit, the restaurant offered a limited menu with outstanding food. The offerings were distinctive an the flavors of the items were phenomenal. An apple salad with beats and goat cheese - I could eat it every day! The bone-in pork chop grilled to perfection.More infoThe Western Bar and GrillPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Ouray•4.7
