Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Mount Prospect

Could not have had a better Valentine’s dinner experience. Service was incredibly accommodating and considerate. The food was full of flavor and unique. Playing and ambiance was beautiful and romantic. Can’t recommend this place enough. It feels like our hidden gem that we don’t want to keep secret. Go go go!

We came up to Eddie Merlot’s last night to celebrate Valentine’s Day with my beautiful wife. Sat at the bar and had a wonderful evening with Sue & Antonio.  Eddie Merlots was as busy as I’ve ever seen it and yet the food came out on time and the service was fantastic! Sue & Antonio they never let you see them sweat!! Tim The general manager, stopped by just to make sure that our evening was meeting the standards. The hostess handed my wife, a beautiful rose, which she loved and cherished. Such a nice touch on Eddie Merlot’s part. I’m telling you you won’t go wrong if you go to Eddie Merlot’s and ask for Sue & Antonio. 

Great for date night! We spent our Valentines celebration there and it was fantastic! The service and food was outstanding!

We enjoyed our Valentine's Day Dinner for 2 meal. We also had a couple of mocktails... one pineapple and one yuzu, that we both liked. Wonderful experience and dinner... all in all.

The atmosphere is relaxed and family friendly. Our server Bianca, was personable and attentive and willing to engage with us. I was looking forward to a good corn beef sandwich and I wasn't disappointed. The food was served quickly and was hot and flavorful. And there was a lot of it. We all had leftovers to take home. It got a little noisy as the night progressed, but you'd expect that on a Saturday night at an Irish Pub. This is one of my favorite restaurants and we're sure to return.,
