So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. The goud is always great here. The charcuterie board was amazing. Lots of items and good portions. The potato bravas are so good! The garlic shrimp came out bubbling hot and so tasty. The croquettes were delicious as was the crab stuffed peppers. The French toast and eggs Benedict entrees were both delicious.

Pure dining experience at Sano by Michael Scipione!! Each dish was exquisitely done. Had the citrus scallops with pumpkin puree as appetizer. It was pure heaven. Hubby had veal meatball which was so moist & beyond delicious!! All our selections were outstanding….5 stars for sure!! Ebony was hands down the best waitress ever!! Michael is welcoming & personal. Atmosphere was moody & sophisticated. Definitely going back soon!!!
