BCN Taste & Tradition, the name gives a nod to Barcelona and the meld of traditional and modern Spanish cuisine. Chef Luis Roger relocated from Girona, Spain - trained under Michelin Chef Ferran Adria at elBulli- and taught at the renowned culinary school Aula Gastronomica de l’Emporada. Located on a 1920’s era Victorian home in the trendy Montrose/Museum District (4210 Roseland St.). BCN Taste & Tradition will recreate an authentic Spanish style dining experience with unparalleled service.     It was such a great dining experience at Late August. The customer service was phenomenal. The manager was amazing. The waiter was amazing. The food was amazing. The drink was amazing. The restaurant itself is so cute and quaint, and I love the playlist. The music was excellent as well. I will be returning. We truly enjoyed ourselves.

    Uchi is our special occasion dinner or date night. We love the variety of options (plenty of vegetarian options) and service is always top notch. I like to come during happy hour so that I can order from both happy hour and dinner menu. Linda is my favorite server! She makes really great recommendations and we always have the best dining experience with Linda. Will see you again soon!

    Menu is well curated and highlights a region in the Mediterranean and each dish has a story. The food is impeccable. The evening starts in the lounge with a welcome snack. The dining area is smallish with open view of the kitchen Overall very worth it. Well deserved star. Will return again.
