Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Inglewood

First time dining at Mercato and it was amazing, the food was so good and we had a wonderful time. The service was excellent and we never felt rushed and it was just a great experience, we will be back.

Ten Foot Henry is my favourite restaurant in Calgary and has been consistently for years!! My favourite dish of the night was the new “marinated beets” with mama ghanoush, salted ricotta (I omitted due to dairy allergy) & cured zucchini - A true chefs kiss/honourable mention to this extraordinary explosion of flavours, vivid colours and complimentary textures which paired superb with my delightful blueberry roiboos tea! This place is such a hidden gem. Nestled in inglewood, down an alley by Plant. The signs were clear to see and easily accessible. The vibe was amazing in the main bar area and their additional dinning with open kitchen was also cute and cozy. We got the bread and butter (truffle butter and freshly made bread) , crudo: the cucumber and pickled onion on top made this so much more flavourful, beef tartar: served with ms Vickie’s chips (amazing!),the burger that was made to perfection and the pasta, which my partner said it was one of the best he ever had. Everything we got was amazing. Would highly recommend checking this place out!
