Celebrating a birthday after a concert. Menu covers a broad flavor profile so everyone found something to their liking.

This was our first time at Disotto, and the weekend brunch was outstanding. The waitstaff were very attentive (but not overly so), and the food was hot and delicious. I would not hesitate to recommend to friends for a lovely anytime meal or special occasion.

Michelle (sp?) was our server and she was absolutely phenomenal. Her knowledge of the menu helped guide us in the direction that we wanted to go for the food that we wanted to eat. She was also conversational, but not overly so. She hung around long enough to be pleasant, but then left us to our own devices at appropriate times. For a server, timing is everything, and she had it! The food was also amazing! There’s a reason this restaurant is rated number two in the country for being restaurants. They do not disappoint! 

I hesitate to let everyone know how fabulous Eden is, but that's a bit selfish. EVERYTHING on the menu (and our group ordered a lot of different items) was perfectly cooked, creative and layered with flavor. The service, as always was outstanding, the cocktails were delicious and everyone seems committed to making sure you enjoy the evening (or lunch or brunch).
