Great experience and the pretzels app was so good!!! The waitress was great!!!

Had a lovely dinner with my family that was in town for the week. Our food and service were both fantastic! We really enjoyed seeing the restaurant manager being so hands-on and attentive to guests. They had a DJ that was playing all guest requests, a fun atmosphere!

Really nice meal - all of the food was excellent and the service was the perfect pace for us. Overall it was great food and excellent value for the price paid - higher end seafood and meals than expected at a fair price point.

We were a large...and sometimes noisy...group of family diners that met for dinner on a Friday evening at the Chateau in Waltham. Despite it being a very busy time of the week and our unexpectedly adding an additional diner to our reservation at the last minute we were still graciously greeted and accommodated by their staff. Our server Kelly was phenomenal and clearly knew how to handle a large table of diners. She was polite, professional and personable. Every request was accurately met and her pleasant and efficient approach was very much appreciated. Our meals were delivered to us in a timely manner, too, and she made sure we were taken care of the entire time we dined there. She was extremely organized as well when it came time to settle the tab and a truckload of credit cards and cash were given to her to make that happen. It was no problem for her whatsoever. The Chateau in Waltham has been serving diners for decades and never once in all the years I have dined there have I ever had a bad experience.
